I bought a Canon 50 5hat was superb for African Safari. They advised me on all the right/need accesories, were knowledgable and I had a great class before leaving...awesome!!!

Last minute saviour. I had brought my C70 with my 24-105 f4 RF lens but it had some issues with focusing, and was not useable for the project for which i had travelled to Madison. So my host showed this store and I rented a 24-70 f2.8 for just 40$ (sat checkout and monday return). They have a good collection of camera gears.

My experience at this place was really disappointing. I initially went to CVS for a passport photo, but their camera was broken, so they sent me here. When I walked in, it felt like I was interrupting some guys' hangout – no one said hello, and the four employees just stared at me. It seemed like they had more important things to chat about than assisting a customer and had a petty conversation about who would have to actually work. I only needed a quick passport pic, something that should've taken 10 minutes, but the whole thing left me unimpressed. I spent about 15 minutes there and have more than enough reasons not to go back. Luckily, I won't need another passport photo for a while, and I won't be choosing this place again. The lack of courtesy and professionalism was really disappointing.

It's always nice walking into a store and being greeting by staff who want to help and are so friendly! It's a rarity these days and I cannot say enough about the staff here. They have gone out of their way to answer questions, teach me a few things and the list goes on! I appreciate the great customer service! Thanks a million!

This place is so cool!! Definitely recommend! Their printing prices are super reasonable and they have any camera tool or component you could ever need!

Great company, had a little miscommunication when I sent my camera for service one time but they sorted it all out and made sure everything was right for me. A good company that stands behind their word and the Madison photography community.

I went here to have finger prints done for an employer, after showing up with only one form of ID was told I could not be helped without the 2nd.. as someone that relies on public transportation it is daunting to travel back and forth.. after going back I find out I actually did not need a 2nd form of ID which was extremely irritating as I was exhausted from running around all day and had to go back when it wasn’t even needed..That being said the other employee that helped me was kind and courteous- did not catch his name.. which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 2. Please educate employees especially if new better so that they do not give out the wrong information- thanks!

Came here from Chicago for a Nikon D3! The staff is very nice and knowledgeable, I felt very comfortable and welcomed to this location. I’ll definitely come back for a D4 or something a little more expensive since they are very professional and helpful.
